Sounds likely that his advice is spot on and considering British gas would charge you �680+vat for a power flush.�400 is good.I would suggest you take his advice and get the system flushed S.A.P.I would also report the installers to the gas safe register and take them to the small claims court to recover the cost.Good luck.
