How can i painlessly pull out my tooth!?

Okay so im 12 and i still have 8 teeth to come out, (yeah i know its alot) any way 4 of em are reeally wobbly and there all fat ones (i think there called molers or sumat like that) yeah and there 2 each side and I can hardly eat anythin its really painfull, how can I pull it out without it hurting?????
