Who should I start for week 2? Matt Schaub at Ten or Chad Pennington at home against Indy?

I know that neither QB had a really great outing this past week. Chad was getting rushed all day. Maybe his line cant protect him. Schaub threw no touchdowns and threw one interception as the NYJ beat them at home. Who should I use? Oh and Chad plays on monday night at home.
