I asked a previous question on Registry Cleaners?

I received an answer on using "Reg seeker", a freeware program. As mentioned, don't mess with the registries unless you know what your doing. Is this program easy to use? I have been hesitant on downloading and running it. Are there any precautions to take prior to running it? Don't want to trash out my system. Any input would be appreciated. I just want to boost my computers performance like it use to be. Thanks...
