Why do so many people rush to "ADD"?

People really just jump to conclusions that is why the youth of today is over medicated with ritalin and adderall. So quick to judge these days! if every toddler that screamed had "ADD" I think we would have a problem. I have twin 3 year olds hyper as can be its just how they are with that energy I am actually jealous of them!
