I think I may have HIV and I am scared!!! Some advice please....?

Okay so I was in a relationship with my bf for a few months and we broke up in feb. Me and him was on and off for a couple of years. I got tested for HIV feb. 21 and was negative.....Now last week I had with a guy I was only platonic friends with for the first time, and he used two condoms but they some how broke...we had unprotected !!! OMG!!! Now....I am worried!!!!! My neck is swollen and I have been having diarrhea for the last two days....and I am always tired! I have High risk HPV as well which I was diagnosed with a year ago....Could my symptoms mean that I have acute HIV infection? I get tested every three months and I ask every partner about their ual history and if they are tested for HIV...I asked the guy if he gets tested and he said yea because he does not wanna die from making a bad move! I am scared because he is known to have alot of women and he has 3 kids already so i know he's active.....what should i do? should I talk to him? or just play the waiting game???
