Is it possible for me to get into rutgers University as a transfer student if i apply late?

I was wondering if it is possible me to transfer into rutgers university if apply late because I need certain grades in before I apply late. I'm in my second year at my community college I'm taking 18 credits ( yeah I know that's a lot) but is it possible. I'm taking chemistry pda history marketing just to name a few is it possible? Please let me know I would love to get into there
