What is the translation for "A violin has four strings and a bow"? from Czechoslovakian to english?

i know it's a dumb question but my dad says it when he's mad and everyone think he swearing. i can't find the translation. i can either find it in Czech or Slavic. I only know that it ends in "Smitetz" or some other spelling. i also know that the country split up in 1995 because they argued whether their clocks should go clockwise or counter-clockwise. very stupid reason. but not to them my dad says. even just one word is okay. once i get a new word i'll post it on the question. thatnk u!!!
